  • List your house on the Canadian Real Estate Association’s MLS Internet Web Site
  • List your house on the Nicholson Realty Home Page
  • Take interior and exterior pictures of your home
  • Prepare Information brochure for your house
  • Place advertisements as required in appropriate media
  • Hold public open house as required
  • Arrange open house for realtors as required

Bruce has built a business based on the principles of “doing onto others as you would want them to do to you”.Bruce was first licensed in 1979 and got his brokers license in 1989. Soon after he opened Nicholson Realty (in 1990.)

Throughout his career he has sold mostly residential real estate & farms as well as some investment/commercial property.

Diane Hawrylenko – Broker

Diane’s passion is helping people find the home of their dreams. One of her greatest strengths is her intuitive ability to match her clients’ needs with available homes that best fit their personalities and desires.

Diane entered the real estate profession in 1981, receiving her Brokers designation in 1983. She began her real estate career working with ‘Bud’ Moseley – a partnership that lasted 34 years, until his retirement in March 2015.

Shawn brings a family approach to real estate. A father of 3, 2 boys and a girl, Shawn understands well the needs of young families looking to buy their first home or growing families, looking for a home to grow into.

Shawn first moved to Kitchener in 2001, when he attended Wilfrid Laurier university,  where he received a Bachelor of Business and Administration degree.

In 2005, after selling a successful furniture store, which he build from the ground up, Shawn got his real-estate license. Since then he’s worked for large real estate firm, but in 2012 moved to Nicholson Realty.
